The Signals Guarantee & Refund Policy is our standard of quality across the company. Use this page to understand what to expect when working with Signals. We cover standards across our services as well as across how we interact with our customers.

With such an open and fair refund policy, we ask that customers are also fair and honest with their requests. If you run into an issue with one of your orders, please be sure to reach out, so we can try and make it right.

Signals is committed to helping real businesses and individuals to achieve meaningful growth in their entrepreneurial path without harming others’ experiences or selves. As we review every order submitted, we are not processing orders violating our ethical guidelines and will revert the payment to the original payment method.

Platform & dashboard

These are the quality standards we hold our website and dashboard to:

  • The Signals website will have correct and accurate information about services at all times.
  • Our dashboard will show the correct, current status of the order at all times.
  • Any update(s) or inquiries to your order will be communicated and logged in your order dashboard through messages.

 

Reddit upvotes & downvotes

These are the quality standards we hold our upvote and downvote services to:

  • The votes you purchased will be delivered approximately at the rate you specified on the order page’s Delivery Speed option. Leaving this speed blank will default to the normal, 1 vote per minute vote delivery rate.
  • Reddit vote fuzzing is an automatic process built-in by Reddit that measures to combat spam and manipulation by slightly changing the vote counts on posts and comments each time you refresh the page. Due to this, some orders can be impacted by having delays in our vote delivery, especially downvotes on a comment thread, as we work on strategies to reflect the votes 100%.
  • You can order upvotes/downvotes on multiple links but we encourage to place orders individually through our order page.
  • Please make sure to check the subreddit rules and limitations for posts to avoid issues with post deletion.
  • Here in Signals we want your posts to stand out, but not stand out in a bad way. So when choosing the number of votes you want for your posts, it’s best practice to always consider the subreddit’s redditor population, level of activity and how strictly they are moderated. Should you need more guidance on how to manage the votes coming into your Posts/comments, please feel free to reach out to our customer service staff
  • For multiple orders with the same link, we can only process one order at a time.
  • We do not recommend and honor using another voting service together with ours as it will cause confusion on both ends in identifying the delivered votes. 
  • We do not refund orders when the account gets banned since these are automated services and you are responsible for the frequency and volume of your order(s).
  • If there is an issue with your order, reach out within 12 hours to get a refund.

Specific cases:

Post removed by mods

  • If upvotes were completely delivered before removal, no refund can be issued.
  • If the post was removed before the upvotes were completely delivered, a refund will be issued based on the prorated calculation (we are recording before and after points even when the post was deleted/removed).

Post deleted by the user

  • If upvotes were completely delivered before removal, no refund will be issued.
  • If the post was removed before the upvotes were completely delivered, a refund will be issued based on the prorated calculation. A valid reason may be required before the issuance of a prorated refund.

Ordered by mistake

  • If upvotes were completely delivered before the reported mistake, no refund will be issued.
  • If the post was removed before upvotes were completely delivered, a refund will be issued based on the prorated calculation. A customer’s record check may be required.

Not following subreddit rules

  • If upvotes were completely delivered before the reported issue, no refund will be issued.
  • If the post was removed before upvotes were completely delivered, a refund will be issued based on the prorated calculation.

Aged Post

  • Upvotes/downvotes for posts older than 1 day may sometimes not visibly counted on the overall points or what is called being ghosted. If upvotes were completely delivered, no refund will be issued.
  • Downvotes older than 2 days may sometimes not visibly counted on the overall points or what is called being ghosted. If downvotes were completely delivered, no refund will be issued.

Request a refund

  • We automatically issue a wallet refund whenever there’s an issue occur with the order following the above criteria.
  • If you believe you’re eligible for a refund but haven’t received one, contact us via our customer support channels and we’ll make it right.

Reddit auto-upvotes

These are the quality standards we hold our Reddit AutoUpvote Services to:

  • Your profile’s posting and commenting activities will be tracked so you can just post and go, knowing our team will be upvoting your posts and comments as they happen. 
  • Should you prefer to have us decide the right amount of votes to add, our team of Reddit experts will be assessing each scenario, subreddit, activity, etc to deliver the safest number fo votes (if you chose the coservative option) or to push for maximum virality (if you chose the aggressive option). 
  • With the “Managed my Campaign” options, we won’t be going over the maximum votes you’ve specied. Unless, we’ve received further instructions from you, overriding the max votes set.
Specific Cases: 

In the event that your posts or comments get deleted

  • Remaining votes intended for the deleted post or comment will be carried over for the next posts and comments submitted but the Reddit account.

Careful review will be conducted regarding the reason for the deletion.
Certain considerations may be entertained for special circumstances.

Reddit accounts

These are the quality standards we hold our Reddit Accounts services to:

  • You will receive a downloadable access to the Reddit account credentials after you complete payment.
  • We will include all necessary guidelines in securing the account when you purchase it.
  • The information on the website about the account will match actual account metrics: karma points, credentials, age of the account. (Note: There might be slight more karma points but NOT less.)
  • If you have any trouble with the account credentials (for ex. wrong password) we will process the correction or replacement within 24 hours.
  • The IP address of each account only reflects the most recent country that the account was accessed from.
  • We do not give refunds, but we will provide a replacement if it is found that the fault was on our end and you report it within 24 hours of the purchase.

Reddit comments

These are the quality standards we hold our Reddit Comment Services to:

  • Comments will be submitted using aged, curated accounts, active on the specific niche your comments target.
  • If you choose to specify the content of the comments, we will copy-paste it “to the tee” -unless, parts of it makes it uncommentable, like Ethics violations or anything the sub might prohibit. In which case, we will have to reject the order or have you modify the content.
  • If you chose to not specify the content, we will be generating mildly agreeable content which encourages discourse around the topic of the thread.

Specific Cases: 

  • Comments that stays up for 4 hours are considered delivered. Deletions, shadowbanning that happens after can be due to a multitude of reasons that may already be outside our control/coverage.

Quora upvotes

These are the quality standards we hold our upvote services to:

  • Upvotes will be delivered in the span of two weeks. A rush service is available at an extra cost.
  • We always recommend ordering small upvotes in batches. This way it will not be too suspicious for Quora moderation. 
  • For multiple orders with the same link, we can only process one order at a time.
  • We do not recommend and honor using another voting service together with ours as it will cause confusion on both ends in identifying the delivered votes. 
  • We do not refund orders when the profile gets banned.
  • If there is an issue with your order, reach out within 12 hours to get a refund.

Specific cases:

Answer removed by mods

  • If upvotes were completely delivered before removal, no refund can be issued.
  • If the post was removed before the upvotes were completely delivered, a refund will be issued based on the prorated calculation (we are recording before and after points even when the post was deleted/removed).

Post deleted by the user

  • If upvotes were completely delivered before removal, no refund will be issued.
  • If the post was removed before the upvotes were completely delivered, a refund will be issued based on the prorated calculation. A valid reason may be required before the issuance of a prorated refund.

Ordered by mistake

  • If upvotes were completely delivered before the reported mistake, no refund will be issued.
  • If the post was removed before upvotes were completely delivered, a refund will be issued based on the prorated calculation. A customer’s record check may be required.

Submitted wrong link (Non-Quora links)

  • Such requests can’t be processed so the customer will be notified and the link can be either replaced by the customer or a full refund issued.

Collapsed answer

  • If upvotes were completely delivered before the reported issue, no refund will be issued.
  • If the post was removed before upvotes were completely delivered, a refund will be issued based on the prorated calculation.

Quora accounts

These are the quality standards we hold our Quora Accounts services to:

  • You will receive a downloadable access to the Quora account credentials after you complete payment.
  • We will include all necessary guidelines in securing the account when you purchase it.
  • The information on the website about the account will match actual account metrics: content views, upvotes, age of the account. (Note: There might be more content views and upvotes but NOT less)
  • If you have any trouble with the account credentials (for ex. wrong password) we will process the correction or replacement within 24 hours.
  • The IP address of each account only reflects the most recent country that the account was accessed from.
  • We do not give refunds, but we will provide a replacement if it is found that the fault was on our end and you report it within 24 hours of the purchase.

TikTok likes

These are the quality standards we hold our Tiktok Likes Services to:

  • Likes will be delivered at a rate of 100 to 500 likes per day, that is the fastest we can deliver them without jeopardizing your account’s status.
  • Your video will start garnering Likes within 24 hours upon submitting the order.
  • Likes may sometimes decrease by about 1% to 5% during or after the delivery.
  • In the event that likes decrease, replacements are guaranteed in the first 30 days.
  • All likes will come from high-quality accounts with US-based proxies..
Specific Cases: 

In the event that Likes get dropped

  • We will be replacing proactively the number of removed Likes.
  • If there are a number of Likes missing from what we’ve delivered, you may check the order status on the dashboard or reach out and chat with any one of our awesome customer support representatives.

Video was shadowbanned/deleted during the delivery of our service.

  • If this happens, a prorated calculation of the price of the undelivered Likes will be replaced, i.e. redirected to another video of your choice or have it refunded back to your wallet.   

Product Hunt upvotes

These are the quality standards we hold our upvote service to.

  • Initializing the votes you purchased will depend on the following;
  • Product should be live already on the Product Hunt homepage
  • Initial review on the product to proceed for upvote 
  • Votes will start after review
  • Vote Fuzzing is an automatic process built within Producthunt where upvotes are dropping, it is used by Producthunt to avoid manipulation of the ranking. Due to this, your order might take a while as we work on strategies for 100% delivery
  • Upvotes will be delivered before Producthunt resets. 
  • Here at Signals we want your products to stand out, but not in a bad way. So please make sure you market the product on the platform and not entirely rely on upvotes, so that you have a better success rate
  • We do not recommend and honor using another voting service together with ours as it will cause confusion on both ends in identifying the delivered votes.
  • If there is an issue with your order, reach out within 12 hours

Signals wallet credit

Our Signals Wallet exists for your convenience, so you can issue a single payment directly to us and distribute those funds as necessary amongst the different services of your choosing. Once payment has been issued to your Signals wallet as credits, either by your direct payment or a refund on our end for any reason, these credits cannot be later converted back into non-credit form.

Chargebacks by customers

In cases when customers maliciously initiate chargebacks for services delivered as outlined, we reserve our right to fight claims and submit cases to payment processors. We also reserve the right to refuse any and all future services to such clients as well as to take down any posts/deliverables executed under the disputed service.

Refund exception

For all of our growth and promotion services, if for any reason you are not happy with our services (and we will work very hard not to reach this point!) and would like to cease working with us before the completion of a project you have already paid in full for, we will refund 15% of the invoice specifically for services we have not yet begun working on. This is a firm and generous percentage that is not subject to change under any extenuating circumstances.

Upon agreeing to your receiving this refund, we will cease delivery on all services that have not already been fully executed, including posts, links, answers, and/or content that have already been written and/or approved but not yet shared with the platform of that project. We reserve the right to withhold this refund based on the stage project delivery and completion we are in.
