You can cancel an unstarted order for a full wallet refund. For placements, work starts when we begin the agreed work or commit an approved booking. Paying for a package alone does not mean it has been delivered.
We confirm fit and timing after checkout. If we cannot source a suitable placement, you can choose an alternative or request a refund of undelivered work.
A different publisher, creator, format or material change to approved content needs your agreement. Silence is not approval. We do not quietly substitute a different package.
Please provide accurate details, requested access and timely approvals. Waiting for these can move delivery dates. A preferred date or embargo is binding only when we confirm it.
Send a message from the order with the affected URL and what is wrong. We check it against the approved brief, then correct, replace or refund the undelivered portion.
For equal units in a package, refunds are proportional to the missing units. For example, two undelivered units out of ten mean 20% of that package price in wallet credit. Agreed item prices apply where units have different prices.

Coverage does not make third-party pages permanent. Changes you request after approval, your own removals, or false information you supplied are not delivery faults. We still help you understand the available options.
